Outpatient - Clinic Flow Management
CaraFlow can provide an easy to use system that monitors and manages the patient care process in an outpatient clinic. We can provide you with a solution that tracks:

- Nurse's entry time and task completion
- Physician entry time and task completion
CaraFlow will work with you to define the expected workflow and associated notifications to prompt the next caregiver to enter the room. We can also provide escalation notifications if wait times exceed the preset time periods. The end result: enhanced patient flow and improved patient satisfaction!
Inpatient - Bed Management
CaraFlow implements the NurseSaver™ System to manage room availability by electronically recording when patients have been discharged, thereby creating efficient patient flow. This submission allows a notification to be sent to environmental services for the room to be cleaned for the next patient. Once the room is clean, another message is submitted to notify that the room is ready for a new patient.
By integrating infrared tracking, you can also determine what bed is in the room and locate specialty beds throughout the facility.
