Schedule time for your team to refresh their memory on how to use the Vac-Seen/QYK Solutions. Have you changed your questionnaire for the upcoming flu season? If so, please gather your revisions and email them to our Technical Support team for updating. We will also need your configuration files. If you aren't sure where to find the files, reach our to an IT representative for assistance.

Software updates are available for both QYK Connect and QYK Management Console users.
- If you're organization uses QYK Web or QYK Wireless, you will need the latest version of QYK Management Console 5.0. You can reach out to CaraFlow Technical Support team by phone or email to get the latest version.
- If your organization uses the USB connection with QYK Connect, log-in to our Support page (you will need your log-in credentials) and download the latest version of QYK Connect for QYK and Vac-Seen* users. Vac-Seen users may need to update their scanner software, too. Please consult our Technical Support representative BEFORE making any changes.
- Have your scanners been stored away? Charge the units prior to first use.
