Leadership
Aleks Nikolich MS, MBA, PE - President
Aleks Nikolich has over 20 years of experience in management and technology. Before founding CaraFlow, Aleks served as the Vice President of Strategy, New Business Development & Technology for Direct Supply, the largest provider of e-commerce services to extended healthcare. He also held positions with General Motors, Raytheon, Baxter Healthcare, and Brady Corporation. Aleks holds three technical degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an MBA from Marquette University. He serves on the MIT Educational Council and is involved in several community-based organizations.
Michael Jones - Vice President of Strategic Development
Michael Jones has over 40 years Information Technology experience with 25 years in healthcare. As the Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Children’s Hospital and Health System from 1995-2008, he was responsible for all clinical and administrative applications, technical support for all servers and workstations as well as voice and data communications for fourteen entities including the hospitals and physician practices. Before joining CHHS, Mike held executive positions with the Cleveland Clinic and Novant Health. He is a member of SIM (Society for Information Management) and has been on the SIM International Board for the past seven years. He is also a member of CHIME (College of Healthcare Information Management Executives) and HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) healthcare organizations.
